Firefly Trails: Forest Puzzle ("the app", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the app.

1.Data we collect directly

Firefly Trails does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information. Your unlocked levels, completed gardens, and sound setting are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us.

2.Data collected by third parties (Google AdMob)

The app shows banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads (including non-personalized ads), AdMob may collect:

  • Advertising ID (AAID)
  • Device information, OS version, and IP address (used to determine your region for legal compliance such as GDPR/UK rules)
  • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from sites/apps that use Google services.

For users in the EEA/UK, the app shows a consent form (UMP — User Messaging Platform) before loading ads, letting you accept or decline personalized advertising. You can change this choice anytime via Settings → Manage Ad Consent in the app.

3.Children

Firefly Trails is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

4.Your rights

  • Decline or withdraw consent to personalized ads at any time (in-app Settings)
  • Uninstall the app to remove all local data (progress, settings)
  • Contact us below to request deletion of any data associated with you

Firefly Trails: Forest Puzzle ("ứng dụng", "chúng tôi") tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của người dùng. Chính sách này giải thích dữ liệu nào được thu thập khi bạn sử dụng ứng dụng.

1.Dữ liệu do ứng dụng trực tiếp thu thập

Firefly Trails không yêu cầu đăng ký tài khoản, không thu thập tên, email, số điện thoại hay bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào. Các màn đã mở khoá, khu vườn đã hoàn thành và cài đặt âm thanh được lưu chỉ trên thiết bị của bạn, không gửi lên máy chủ nào của chúng tôi.

2.Dữ liệu do bên thứ ba thu thập (Google AdMob)

Ứng dụng hiển thị quảng cáo banner, toàn màn hình (interstitial) và quảng cáo có thưởng (rewarded) qua Google AdMob. Để hiển thị quảng cáo (kể cả quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá), AdMob có thể thu thập:

  • Mã định danh quảng cáo (Advertising ID / AAID)
  • Thông tin thiết bị, phiên bản hệ điều hành, địa chỉ IP (để xác định khu vực nhằm tuân thủ pháp lý như GDPR/UK)
  • Dữ liệu tương tác quảng cáo (lượt xem, lượt nhấp)

Việc này tuân theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google và cách Google sử dụng dữ liệu từ các trang/ứng dụng dùng dịch vụ của Google.

Với người dùng ở khu vực EEA/Anh, ứng dụng hiển thị biểu mẫu xin đồng ý (UMP) trước khi tải quảng cáo, cho phép bạn chọn đồng ý/từ chối quảng cáo cá nhân hoá. Bạn có thể đổi lựa chọn này bất cứ lúc nào qua Cài đặt → Quản lý đồng ý quảng cáo trong ứng dụng.

3.Trẻ em

Firefly Trails không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu từ trẻ em.

4.Quyền của bạn

  • Từ chối/thu hồi đồng ý quảng cáo cá nhân hoá bất cứ lúc nào (Cài đặt trong ứng dụng)
  • Gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng để xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu cục bộ (tiến trình chơi, cài đặt)
  • Liên hệ chúng tôi bên dưới để yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu liên quan tới bạn
